The Magnite has always had a very elegant appearance. It appears incredibly luxurious and high-end for a car with a starting price of only Rs 6 lakh. It stands out in a crowd right away thanks to the large L-shaped DRLs and the full-faced grille. You can feel the cost of the Magnite even from its side profile, especially with those 16-inch alloys. The Magnite has a more butch-like appearance due to the wheel arches. Similar to an off-road vehicle.

The Magnite is incredibly captivating to look at in profile alone. Its sharp body lines complement this small SUV quite nicely. For a more athletic appearance, the roofline is slightly sloping (but not to the point where it reduces rear headroom), and the little spoiler makes it look much better. All variants come in this blue color; however, if you prefer a black roof to a white one, you must choose the EZ-Shift configuration because the white roof on all other variants complements this color.

To address the big issue, this AMT transmission performs admirably when traveling within and outside of the city. It performs well at slower speeds and leaves little room for complaint. The unexpected part is that it takes longer than you anticipate. About two to three seconds, to be exact. The power delivery feels unnatural even after that. A couple of kicks in the back are usually an indication that the transmission has found the proper gear and is operating at peak efficiency.

Additionally, the engine is not very helpful to this gearbox. Yes, it only generates a minimum of 72 horsepower and 96 Nm of torque, so you shouldn’t have high expectations going in or expect any surprises. Going uphill makes the engine feel especially underpowered. Due to its lower torque than comparable engines from competitors at lower rev ranges, we noticed that even when starting from a stop, this AMT gearbox struggles to get going and feels a little hesitant. To get the most out of this powerplant, you have to apply full throttle.
